let's see.

you wont be able t find me in bugis during the levi's event cause I'VE QUIT. poor mary-anne had t find people t replace a MIA guy -some guy we dont know-, boyf & i, which we seriously think she is stress over. (ps: she is new t the job)

i am thinking if i've breach the contract by blogging about this, but thinking that i've alrdy quit before finishing my assignment, i've long broken the contract (sorry, mary-anne).

let's see (again).

there were 6 of us assigned t the same event (mr mia, rafia, liyong, lata, boyf & i). let's not mention anything abt the pay but the incentive? SGD$100/-, sounds okay? then another batch w the same assignment but at other place told us that they had SGD$200 for their incentive.

guess what was the reason given when boyf & i confronted mary-anne (poor thing)?

1. their assignment is a 10-day event, w one day off. (that means they work 9 days)
2. our assignment is a 11-day event, w two days off. (that means we work 9 days too)
therefore, we had an extra one day off.

both assignment had 9 days work, so that means our extra one day off is equal t SGD$100. (does that make sense?) -.-

AND its not only that.

when we went for our first day work (boyf & i went for the first day), we were given our schedule. all 5 of us (mr mia not counted of course) had ONE DAY OFF ONLY. -.- apparently, boyf & i had alrdy decided t quit, so i went t ask richard who was in-charge (from the company) of us.

me: rafia & lata werent sure abt their contract but i know whats in MY contract. it stated TWO DAYS OFF. why is it not as of the contract?
richard: ohh ohh. wendy(in-charge from bhg), these two need t give two days off.
me: what about rafia & lata?
richard: nonono, only you two have that.
me: ohhh. (give him a stare)

the next day, boyf & i went t the company t find mary-anne t discuss about our resignation and one of the reason was on the the days-off thing.

SHE WAS SHOCKED.

all of us who were signed for the same event HAD t have 2-days off. AHA! that richard lied in front of my eyes.

& t add t how disorganised this company is (apparently more or less on richard), we were told t report at the company at 930 (we did, except mr mia). we were told t go t the warehouse (which we went before & had lots of fun at) t finish up w the price tags etc.

we went there and there was NOTHING for us t do at all. can you believe it? we sat there doing nothing (except watching mike dancing & sing) all the way until 1215.

mr richard, we COULD have slept longer, you know?

then he came & call us t wait for him at the 11th storey t go lunch tgt BUT that not-so-smart guy came only at 1pm t 'pick us up' for lunch. he gave us two bags of price tags and told us t have lunch & travel t bugis by ourselves. why did he even call us t wait for him? i wonder how much capacity is there in his brain.

oh well, shhhh. its over, for now.

i think i am managing the 'missing-him' section quite okay this time (since ytd). i finish a book in one day and i think i am in love w the book (amazing story).
